Teaching music is my favorite thing to do.  Before I opened my home studio for recording, this was my main gig!  I have helped hundreds of children learn to play an instrument, become proficient on that instrument, receive high marks at solo and ensemble and even go on to study music at the university level.  I prefer to teach different many styles of music and playing at once instead of crafting 'classical' players or 'jazz' players.  My students will learn and be familiar with a large selection of genres and playing styles while maintaining superior technical ability on their instrument.  In addition, the analysis of aural and written theory is uniquely woven into the natural flow of the lesson.  Since my studio is already equipped to make high quality audio recordings, my students will use the studio periodically to record their latest accomplishments!
